# Challenges with saving Group based default notifications

This is related to the new functionality for groups and notifications found at /g/groupname/manage/categories
I can add a single category to ‘Mute’ without issue. However, when I refresh the browser, the categories selected are no longer displayed. I have to go right out and open it up in another window.
When I tried to add multiple categories to Muted change and hit ‘save’, it appears to save but they aren’t there - even with a reload in another window.
I got there eventually by adding them one by one. But something is clearly awry!

Those problems should be fixed now. It was a display bug when reloading the group \> manage \> categories page.
