# Change default sorting to chronological?

Currently the post voting plugin sorts the post by amount of votes. Is there any way to change default sorting chronologically?

Totally with you on this one! Yet we are misusing the plugin for an internal test and need chronological sorting as default. Maybe some head script could achieve that?

Additionally, if using it for a commenting site, default arranging by chronological latest is also more ideal.
Because the oldest comments tend to have more views and already have existing votes. So comments with existing votes are more likely to get more votes from newer people reading.
