Our forum is in french, it’s a bit awark to send english message when all the forum is configured as french…

First, search “valuable member” in `/admin/customize/site_texts` and overwrite it with your own 🇫🇷 translation.  
Then, submit your translation on transifex so that everyone enjoys it 😉
