# Change 'Solved' icon and 'Solution' button

Hello! I’m curious to know 2 things:

1. Is there a way we can change the icon and text based on unselected/selected responses? For example:  
A response that is not marked as a solution will show this.

While a response marked as a solution will show this.

2. Can admins/mods have the same view as OP (like above) when using this plugin? I’m curious to understand the decision behind removing the helper text when viewing a topic that the admin/mod did not create.

you could change the wording in settings \> customize, find the string, change the wording there.

I think both accepted/unaccepted use the same one (`js.solved.solution`) so I’m not sure you can have different ones for each just based on the customise text option?

For this, I think this is to keep a cleaner UI for admins and mods. Once you know what the icon does, I think there’s less need for the explainer label. This way you can have it on every post and it not be too obtrusive.
