I just got bit by this again, and there’s nothing related to staged users or private categories this time.
I started a topic that had four internal sections but was told it was too long. No problem, so I cut it into two, edited the title and body of the first topic, posted it, and created a second topic with a different title and body. After posting that one, I reconsidered what I’d done entirely, rejiggered the two previous topics, and made two more for four in total. It worked fine, and this was well within the 10 minutes before the email notifications would go out.
So I was perturbed when the email goes out for each topic with a correct body but the wrong title.
It seems to me that any changes made to either the title or the body should be reflected in the email notification if they’re made within the 10-minute time window.
