# Changing automated Personal Message text

I was composing a similar message to putty’s – I’ll just add that it’s hard to be sure from your description if this is a welcome message from a renamed Discobot account using a ‘site text’, or from a separate custom automation, which is why there’s a couple of things to check.

These features can also be found via the menu at:

- Admin → Appearance → Site Texts
- Admin → Plugins → Automation
