Changing profile page url to my own website's profiles

Hi!

Can I change the Discourse profile page to my own website’s profiles?

e.g. replace this:

https://nomadforum.io/users/levelsio

with

https://nomadlist.com/u/levelsio

I’ve searched the repo for usernameUrl

How can I modify the templates within the Customize CSS/HTML in code?
