I started an attempt for a european meetup of Discourse operators at the CCC congress (39C3) last year with this topic

Unfortunately responses were limited. Maybe my request was a bit too late then, but let’s try again: the call for the 2026 congress “40C3” is out now and the location will have more space as they are moving from the CCH congress center to the Hamburg Messe at [https://www.hamburg.de/freizeit/maerkte-und-messen/messen/messehallen-323044](https://www.hamburg.de/freizeit/maerkte-und-messen/messen/messehallen-323044)

I’ve edited your title to make it a bit clearer for those that don’t know the 40C3 acronym.
