# Chart plugin stopped working recently

I just noticed after upgrading my instance a few days ago that the chart plugin doesn’t render anymore. You can see on this [post](https://discourse.imfreedom.org/t/state-of-the-bird-august-2025/) that there are large blank sections where the charts used to be but don’t show anymore.

I had a draft post in the works too that was using charts and that’s broke as well. I’ve tried updating everything, permissions under `/var/discourse` _look_ fine, and there’s plenty of disk space, so I’m not sure what to look at next.
