# Firefox 及 Firefox 相关浏览器中的聊天和投票功能无法使用

我们似乎突然遇到了两个看似与 Firefox 或 Firefox 相关浏览器有关的问题。

1. 用户的整个聊天功能消失了。对话气泡图标不见了，如果有人在聊天中被 @，通知列表中会出现一个空白区域。左侧菜单中的聊天和私信列表（位于不同论坛版块下方）也消失了。

2. 用户无法在投票中投票。选项虽然显示出来了，但旁边的复选框要么不存在，要么只是一个“点”。
