# Checkbox next to Topics in Activity

This checkbox appear whenever I toggle it on in Messages.  
In Messages, we can select all and archive. In Activity with checkbox next to Topics, it can’t do anything.  
Just sharing…

Reproduction step

1. Go to `preferences -> messages`
2. Click on ![](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/meta/original/3X/d/1/d1b94410ba990174acfc197ccc29ee10ccfd0f15.png)
3. Go to `preferences -> activity -> topics`
