# Claiming a post automatically claims other posts that are replies to the same topic

If I claim a queued post, other posts that are also assigned to the same topic are automatically claimed at the same time. Not sure if that is a bug or the expected behaviour?
To reproduce I filtered by Status: Everything and then found two posts that were replies to the same topic and claimed/unclaimed.

Thank you for clarifying that, @T_Disco. Yes, that’s expected behaviour, to prevent race conditions where two moderators are dealing with different reports on the same post, they may both try to edit the post at the same time, for example.
That said, I think we could definitely improve the experience of how this works. I’ll flag it be addressed as part of our in-progress work on refreshing how the review queue works.

How do I filter to see which items I or others have claimed? I can’t seem to find a way on the review queue.

You know, I don’t think there’s a way to filter the review queue based on who a reviewable is assigned to. I’ll get that added to the TODO list, too. 🙂
