# Clicking on an image inside a footnote doesn't trigger the lightbox

When clicking on an image inside a footnote, it doesn’t open the lightbox; instead, the browser opens the image in the same window.

The picture should at least be resized instead of cropped.

It did not even occur to me 😄.  
It’s true that using `òbject-fit: contain` might makes more sense in this context:
