Does the forum support cluster deployment? Is there a cluster configuration tutorial?

Yes, Discourse supports various forms of “cluster” deployment. There is no configuration tutorial, because there are many different ways of doing high availability and high capacity deployments, and it is assumed that someone who is deploying such a setup is familiar enough with their tool set to be able to use it.
