# Code and text in customize section not saving due to Cloudflare

hi,
i try to add a code in section and i found that is not save anything, is not also allow to delete anything.
i add some code or delete some and when i come back to the settings is as before.
all my old code and css settings are there but i can’t add new code or css rules.
also save button acts weird.
what can i do? - i have no ideea.
ps:
i have also try:
` cd /var/discourse`
`git pull`
`./launcher rebuild app`
but not help.

What does this mean? Can you describe exactly what you are clicking / tapping on, and where?

The font used in the video above appears to be different from the default - but I could be wrong. Can you try safe-mode by going to:
`your.site.com/safe-mode`
And see of the problem persists?

i have try to remove the css code i have, but not allow me, i delete and after save the rules comes again.
there is no way to edit direct the header file (or some like that)?

I think something might be wrong with the current theme that you have.
What you need to do is:
1- Enter safe-mode and turn off everything.
2- In the same tab. Go to the admin
3- Make some changes to the theme and see if they save or not.
Before you try to save, press F12 on your keyboard to bring up the browser console and see if there are any errors mentioned there.

Ok, so you confirmed that the error occurs in safe-mode as well.
I see that you use Cloudflare.
Some of the JS performance tools on Cloudflare can cause issues. You can check to see if this is the cause of the problem you’re facing by temporarily disabling those features

yes, that was the solution. the only way how works is to enable cloudflare just for dns.
