Ooo, yes, horizontal scroll would be very nice. As you stated, the arbitrary ordering decided by the topic order can mean there is or there isn’t an order. Rather, if there is an order, it can be made explicit by the owner via changing the icons to the emojis 1️⃣ 2️⃣ 3️⃣ or by changing the title. Horizontal scroll would not impose any implicit ordering on its own.
