嗯，我想这确实是一个关键方面，它让我以完全不同的视角来看待这个问题。因为 Discourse 是免费且开源的，我一直把 Meta 上的用户视为客户。但另一方面，大多数人并没有_付费_，所以他们从技术上讲并不是客户。

我想，这一定义在确定责任归属方面确实划出了一条相当有效的界线：大多数用户是否为产品付费？是——客户支持；否——市场营销。
