# Conditional Format On Mentions

We use mentions a lot to manage waiting lists etc.

Being able to flag when mentioned people are (or not in) a relevant Group though formating would be useful.

For example we have a waiting list, and since being added to the list a mentioned person is not longer in the ‘Waiting List’ group - so their mention now appears highlighted in red
