I think the AWS SES section should be edited to mention that adding the SNS topic to the `aws_sns_topic_arn_allowlist` parameter is required, as described in [How do I configure aws\_sns\_topic\_arn\_allowlist?](https://meta.discourse.org/t/how-do-i-configure-aws-sns-topic-arn-allowlist/406853)
