자세한 내용을 좀 더 공유해 주실 수 있을까요? 해당 문제를 재현해 보았지만, 대기 중인 사용자 알림 PM은 여전히 가장 최근 활동한 모더레이터들에게 발송되고 있었습니다.

아마도 대기 중인 검토 대상(Reviewables)에 대한 알림을 말씀하시는 거라고 생각했는데, 그 알림도 스태프 카테고리에 게시되지 않습니다. 해당 알림은 모더레이터 그룹의 받은 편지함으로 전송됩니다.
