# 'Confirm new Admin Account' doesn't work

Upon clicking the link I get: ‘Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private.’

It’s possible that you have some translation overrides which have an incorrect link. Can you check admin \> customize \> text \> “admin\_confirmation\_mailer”

If any of them are yellow, click “edit”, and then “revert changes”

I just figured out that the link essentially expired. Resent it again and it worked.
