I don’t know if it’s a bug, but the confirmation field type in the User Field doesn’t show the Field Name in the modal view, only the description or checkbox. ---

I don’t believe it is a bug, but how would you expect it to work? At the moment the Field Name is not used, and the description appears next to the box. How would you want the confirmation field to appear? ---

I was thinking that it would act like a checkbox with multiple options. Where we can list down all the possible options available and check which items apply to them. The Field Name - Acts like the Question or Title of the Checkbox, while description will be details of the checkbox. But I think that is not the purpose of the checkbox there. 🙂 Thanks for clearing this out. ---

Well, this just came with a customer - and now I understand the issue @chi reported.
