I want to create a plugin that should put a content box in between the my topics. After each 2 topic i want a content box.

This is not necessarily an easy task.
Have you had a look at [Developing Discourse Plugins - Part 1 - Create a basic plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/developing-discourse-plugins-part-1-create-a-basic-plugin/30515)?
If you don’t have any code base you wrote and which people can rely on to help you, then consider paying someone to create such a plugin on #Marketplace. 🙂
