Could someone help me understand the difference between the two options ?

First is triggered by the “topic creation”. Second is triggered for the first post in the user account.

Is it even possible to control how many responses the AI bot provides on a topic? If it’s let loose it just takes over the topics with very little value and leads to users being frustrated.

Why don’t you leave the bot to only reply when mentioned?
