Thanks for the report, we started working on this feature again this week and will fix this issue.
Forum Helper is not the persona you want to for feature. We have resumed work on this feature and will ship a default persona for it that is better suited for this specific feature.
We have this issue that a single completion request can do at most 7 tool calls before failing, and if you don’t fine tune your persona to stay under that it will hit the tool call limit and stop. This will be solved by our default persona coming up around next week too.
