# Convert to Post Voting after topic creation

Thank you for the plugin! Is there a way to convert an already existing topic to in “post voting” mode? New topics in a category are being created in “post voting” mode but old ones don’t. Is there a way ‘convert’ them?

I’m afraid there isn’t currently a way to convert an existing topic into a Post Voting one. Something similar has cropped up before though, ~~so would make a good #Contribute > Feature request if you would like to write one up. 👍~~

I think there may actually be an open #Contribute > Feature topic on this already actually, if you’d like to add your voice to it:
