# Copy/cut the current line if invoked without any text selected in composer?

I find it quite useful to be able to copy/cut the current line if invoked without any text selected in a JetBrains IDE or in a text editor like KDE’s default [Kate](https://kate-editor.org/). Also, as this behavior does not introduce new key-binding, it is totally benign.

Could Discourse team consider adding this feature? Thanks!
