Causado por:
PG::UniqueViolation: ERRO: não foi possível criar índice exclusivo “index_incoming_referers_on_path_and_incoming_domain_id_c_ccnew2”
DETALHE: Chave (path, incoming_domain_id)=(/\_, 1169) é duplicada.
As instruções acima – entrar no contêiner, iniciar o postgres, consultar os dados ruins, excluí-los por id.. foram úteis.
