# Could a link density metric be useful?

I guess we all agree that cross-linking topics/posts and quoting across topics is beneficial to a forum. It just occurred to me that the degree of linking between topics could also be an interesting metric for a forum.

What do you think?

Mostly for identifying FAQs, but yes.
