How can I make my forum look like this one?

This looks to be: a couple of components: Topic List Thumbnails Custom Category Boxes GitHub - discourse/discourse-big-carousel-component: Work in progress (this might be beta I think) enabling the gamification plugin to show the leaderboard (which is a built-in plugin now) changing the font-family to poppins and some playing with the colour palette That should get you quite a way there.
