Создайте пользовательский значок и выдайте его пользователям. Затем перейдите в профиль и выберите значок для отображения.

Аналогично одному пользователю: могу ли я сделать заголовок доступным для всех членов одной группы? То есть, чтобы у всех администраторов рядом с именем пользователя отображалась метка «админ».

Для пользовательских групп доступна возможность настройки «заголовка по умолчанию».
