Similar to one user ..can i make title available to all the member of one group . means all admin must have admin box next to username

For custom groups, there is the option to configure a ‘default title’.

But what about already existing group such as admin and moderator

You could use the method explained in the guide I linked above. Look at “CSS to create a custom title from scratch”.
