Reading their notification add-on shows that you will have to write some code to put the Discourse notification into the OneSignal integration.

So, at least, you will have to fork [GitHub - pmusaraj/discourse-onesignal: Discourse plugin to send Push Notifications via OneSignal. · GitHub](https://github.com/pmusaraj/discourse-onesignal/) to make it work, with the main challenge being matching a Discourse user with it OneSignal counterpart.
