백업 파일을 다운로드하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있습니다. 다운로드 버튼을 클릭했을 때, 내 이메일 주소로 다운로드 링크가 전송되었다는 안내 메시지가 표시되었습니다. 하지만 이틀이 지났는데도 아직 이메일을 받지 못했습니다.
