# Create, download, and restore a backup of your Discourse database

사이트 설정의 `/admin/backups/settings`에서 백업의 빈도와 옵션을 설정할 수 있습니다. 다운로드 버튼을 누르면 관리자 이메일로 다운로드 링크가 전송됩니다.

이와 유사한 이메일을 받게 되며, 이를 통해 파일을 로컬 컴퓨터에 저장할 수 있습니다.
