You can tailor how it responds by Category. I have used it to reply to Users introducing themselves in the Intro category, for example. In general, you can talk to “Chatbot” by @ ing it wherever you like, so long as it is permitted to speak there. You can name the bot whatever you like and give it a special avatar.
