Create/See and Create Permissions (again)

1. カテゴリに「作成」権限を割り当てることができます
2. その権限を持つユーザーは、そのカテゴリでトピックを作成し、自分のトピックに返信できます
3. 他のユーザーが作成したトピックは表示できますが、アクセスしようとすると「このページは非公開または…」というエラーが返されます
4. 管理者はすべての投稿を表示し、返信できます
5. 他のカテゴリ権限がまだ機能しているかどうかは不明ですが、機能しない理由もわかりません…

これは、restricted replies プラグインの動作とほぼ同じです

唯一対応していないのは（3）です。上記の理由により、実装は非常に困難になります。

トピックごとの閲覧権限を変更するのは非常に困難であり、実現する可能性は低いです。その理由は、トピック一覧、推奨トピック、通知など、アプリケーション全体で広範な変更が必要になるためです。トピックごとに閲覧権限を変更する必要がある場合は、PM を使用してください。
