AI suggested I add DONT_PRECOMPILE_CSS: 1 to my app.yml, which worked.

UPDATE: Bumping swap from 2 GB to 4 GB doesn’t work. Same error. For reference, my machine is 1 vCPU and 1 GB RAM. Could that be the cause of the problem?
