테스트 포럼이 s3 버킷에 예상하지 못한 항목들을 정리하고 있는 건 아닌지 의문이 듭니다. 하지만 버킷에 해당 항목들이 있다고 하셨으니, 그 문제는 아닌 것 같네요. 테스트 환경에 데이터베이스를 복원한 후 uploads 모델에 무엇이 있는지 확인해 보세요.
