hi good day, i would like to start a discourse forum and i need someone to help me with installation and customization of which am ready to pay for..

For installation you need to contact @pfaffman, see [https://www.literatecomputing.com/](https://www.literatecomputing.com/)
The customizations that you see on that site are mostly done with [https://meta.discourse.org/t/branding-custom-brand-header-with-logo-navigation-and-icons/53265](https://meta.discourse.org/t/branding-custom-brand-header-with-logo-navigation-and-icons/53265) (for the top banner). It require a little knowledge of HTML and CSS.
