# Custom dropdown user field - how to add years?

Hello

For better compliance with the Online Safety Act, I want users to add their year of birth when signing up.

When going to custom user fields \> dropdown, it seems to only allow me to create one option at a time.

I tried copying and pasting years separated by commas but that just gave me one massive option!

Do I have to manually enter the years, one by one, to create the list?
