Custom Emojis are missing from the backup

It appears the custom Emoji set is missing from the backups.

Just tested and custom emojis are not missing from the backup. They are stored inside the uploads directory which we add into the backup archive.

@PJH had this one confirmed, lets leave this open for a tiny bit and ask him what happened.

No idea; I’ve seen them in the backup since but they didn’t appear to work on the new instance initially. I just assumed someone did something to re-enable them when it was pointed out, or it just naturally happened; is there a sidekiq job that messes with/checks them?

@zogstrip this may be a restore bug, perhaps the emoji cache is not being junked directly after restore?

The more I think about it, post restore we really want to send a restart to the unicorn master, even if docker manager simply enables this hook.
