Previously, the custom sidebar section editor assumed the base title and links w…ere written in the site's current default locale, so changing the default locale scrambled the translation options and inverted which language each stored value mapped to. This change keys the editor, the same-locale de-duplication, and the collision cleanup off each section's own source locale — now surfaced as an editable "Source language" picker — so translations stay correct across default-locale changes and a section whose base was mislabeled can be relabeled in place. <img width="831" height="949" alt="2026-07-24 @ 16 22 21" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/dcf23ba9-85dc-4edf-ac0c-07a420832dbc" />
