Hmmm - didn’t work for me though.

Perhaps I did it wrong; I included this in my app.yml in the env: section

  DISCOURSE_ROLLUP_PLUGIN_COMPILER: 0

But despite this, after a rebuild / update just now, /admin/wizards and /w are inaccessible.
