# Customizable Email Templates

Unfortunately the digest doesn’t use our normal template code as it uses a [custom ruby template](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/app/views/user_notifications/digest.html.erb) due to their being a lot of display logic present.

You can now [customize all the text](https://meta.discourse.org/t/customize-all-text-in-discourse/36092) though!
