在 discourse 中是否可以通过非插件进行自定义？如何制作自定义的“不喜欢”按钮？什么会降低用户的声誉。

例如，用户有 100 个“喜欢”，10 个“不喜欢”，那么用户声誉 = 90。

或者另一个例子，在帖子中添加表情符号。
