This is a component that changes the admin code editor color palette to dark.

This is now supported by default in core, via [FEATURE: Automatic admin editor dark mode by pmusaraj · Pull Request #15419 · discourse/discourse · GitHub](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/15419).

The component is no longer necessary.
