# Dashboard says "You're up to date!" but Docker says New Version Available!

I have this in my dashboard

But occasionally I get this message when clicking needs to update;

Is this normal?

or should I update?

Yes this is normal. Dashboard only nags about beta1 to beta2 or beta3. The weekly or biweekly tagged beta releases. Not every single checkin.
