# Data Explorer results persist when navigating between queries

At the moment, if you run a [Data Explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true) query, the results will persist even when you navigate to other queries.

Reproduction steps:

1. Find and run a Data&nbsp;Explorer query that produces results
2. Using the UI, navigate back to the query list
3. Select a different query and note that the results from the preview query are present
