Hmm, since you are upgrading from such an old version it might be wise to start from scratch on the new server instead of copying over the `/var/discourse` directory.

- 新しいサーバーで標準のインストールを実行する
- 必要に応じて `app.yml` を手動で調整する
- 古いサーバーで完全なバックアップを作成し、新しいサーバーに復元する
